At the end of the day reaching home was the only thing on my mind but when I got to the intersection my heart sank when I saw the long line of traffic, thinking this is going to take close to an hour before I could even reach the highway, I was already irritable, but imagine my surprise when the traffic flowed and I was out of there in less than 5 min. I stopped to thank Godfrey for his Efficiency. He had a friendly smile and positive attitude. | 08 Aug, '11 |

| Brenda Carter | Good Morning, I would like to issue a word of praise to the two ladies who have been doing Traffic duty on the corner of Lever and 14th in Midrand (Nordwyk Side). Their names and numbers are N0061 Agnes and N0054 Thato. These two ladies have been there, regardless of the inclement weather we have had lately, and despite the freezing temperatures we have just experienced they are always ready with a smile and a wave. They are surely an asset to your company, and should be very proud of the service they have been giving the public. They have not only gone the extra mile but they have done it with a smile. Go girls. Go girls. | 19 Aug, '11 |

| James Sleigh | I wish to pay homage to the very large lady that does point duty on the Perth-Pretoria Main intersection in Buccleuch. Buccleuch only has two exits out of the suburb, and on a regular day can take anywhere between 30-45 minutes to get out. The Perth intersection does not have a traffic light and is the preferred route out as the congestion at the Buccleuch corner is just not negotiable. The angel in green armour has made the exiting process an absolute pleasure and her service is invaluable. On the odd day that she is replaced for what ever reason, the flow out is slow and instantly noticeable. She has the vision to perceive the depth of vehicles winding through the back roads, which can easily stretch for 4-5 blocks. When she is there, you have a five minute wait, when absent or replaced for the day, that become a twenty minute que or more. She is a big girl, plays a big part in our day and her presence is felt. She is a godsend and we love her. James Sleigh | 06 Sep, '11 |

| Davina Hall-Green | I wish to commend, my guardian Angel I met, named Elias, who works for Outsurance. He came to my aid when I needed him most, stuck on the side of the highway, he went out of his way, way beyong the car of duty to get me safely to my destination and even diagnosed the problem my car was having, which my mechanic of many years had failed to do. Elias did you proud, and I preach about him to everyone. Davina Hall-Green | 11 Nov, '11 |

| TASMEENA MAHARAJ | Ten times a week we sit in traffic and if it wasn\'t for the points people it would be unbearable dealing with the broken robots and the slow four-way stops, etc. They\'re more skilled in dealing with traffic than the metro cops will ever be and I think most of us have come to depend on them. This is a general thank you to the men and women on my route to work. They\'re confident, commanding, safety concious and they make our lives easier. They\'re all absolute stars! | 02 Feb, '12 |
